Seeking inspiration for new cake creations I found myself asking (myself) why so many baking books have to be so girly girly??? Loads of men bake too but I know if I was a German man I'd NEVER go into the bookshop and buy one of these books.

Another way of keeping women in the kitchen?

I love Germany but there is still a fair amount of "traditional values" regarding what men and women should do.
