Cake Shop

So, this is what G baked and iced yesterday - all ready to sell today. Completely different to what she did last week. Unfortunately, people at work are very health conscious (and rightly so) and have also forked out lots of cash for our other activities, so it was hard work selling these; in fact, some of the lemon drizzle cake has come home and some cupcakes had to be given away. Oh well. It was a super effort and all the cakes were delicious. Emeline made freshly brewed coffee and we also had favourite Puranmal samosas in the afternoon. I SO need to be on a diet from next week.

So tired after all of it. Had a lovely quiet evening and even lay on the sofa whilst watching Horton Hears a Who. Looking forward to an early night.

PS. Riza came and bought two cupcakes and then posed for me with them!
