St Margaret, Warnham
I went through Warnham again on my way home in search of a picture and decided that the exterior of Warnham Church would be good for today and it was dry at the time.
This is a fairly large church which dates mainly from the 14th Century and enlarged greatly twice in the 19th Century. The tower is the main medieval structure that you can see in the picture and looks 15th Century. It looks similar to that at nearby Rusper. The churchyard contains a wealth of interesting gravestones including one to a very long lived Sexton with an amusing verse on it which I may well include in a future entry.
