Umbrella required!

Nearly every year the Peony buds appear, then the inevitable happens, it rains for days/weeks & the flowers get ruined. I think somebody should invent a cost effective “peony umbrella” for the garden, easy to install & durable enough to stay in place (& not destroy the plant) & oh yes, ascetically pleasing in the border, I don’t think it is too much to ask!
