Malt Shovel

One of the two pubs in the village is currently closed for modernisation. It is listed so hopefully it will handled with care and still retain a proper village pub feel. I have seen however that the name is changing to The Malt, rather than the Malt Shovel. Will make little difference to anyone in the village as the pubs are referred to as the Fleece or the Malt anyway, but it struck me that the sign will be changed so thought I ought to blip it whe I had the chance.
