Shake, Rattle and Roll.

After day two's geophysics, involving a lengthy equipment pick up drive through the Valleys, it's time to really unwind and hit up the trails!

Can't keep the grin off my face at the top of this wee hill (pictured). These trails are wicked from top to bottom... And only a jiffy from the hotel.

It's amazing to be riding over slabs and drifting on gravel of the Pennant Sandstone Measures that I've been at my desk reporting since last October.
