Tortoise, Tiananmen and Tunes

A colleague is going on holiday for a week and needed someone to look after the family tortoise. Another colleague offered to help and today Fred spent the day in the office before Jane took him home with her this evening. At one point he was taken out of his carrier for a little scamper around the office. He's quite a mover.

Today is 25 years since the Tiananmen Square massacre. Where does the time go? Apparently people in Hong Kong held events to mark the anniversary but in China it was forbidden to do so.

And I spent this evening with some friends playing uke and learning some new tunes.
