What a contrast to yesterday!

The lupins have featured a couple of times this spring (definitely not summer yet) but they are fascinating during/after the rain.

In consideration of the persistent rain, there was little chance of shooting anything else, but I loved the way the rain gathered on the leaves, cascading to the leaf below when saturation point was reached - an amazing free water feature.
