Nor’wester

After eight days of clear skies and frosts this morning dawned cloudy and warm. As often happens with a nor’wester clouds banked up behind the mountains, but they didn’t bring rain. The breeze was light and balmy.
The frost of the last week turned to muddy slush, and I had to shed my merino thermal.
