Tied up with string

Tonight I ate a fabulous meal at the Chefs Table in Chester, a new restaurant, booked and accompanied by my friend Lesley. I've been eating in restaurants in Chester for around 20 years, many of which fortunately no longer exists, but this one was one of the best if not the best, and I hope it stays for a long time as I would very much like to eat there again. The food was wonderful, the staff friendly and attentive, the decor quirky and interesting, and an open kitchen with chefs that greet the guests as they arrive was unusual and interesting. I particularly liked the napkins tied with string.
