Tears for a friend

My mate Ross died today.

There was a few tears on and off from me while working in a hotel cafe with a colleague who was unaware of the circumstances.

I had to pop up to my room every now and then and try to fix up my bleary eyes so I could look all grown up and business like.

I found the cold Pepsi from the mini bar seemed to work better than the 7 up. Go figure.

I'll miss you Ross. We'll do our best to look after your family.
