Trees

What it is to be back in the land of trees and colour. We left the isles and what few stunted apologies for trees we have were hardly in leaf at all and the only colour in the garden was green.
Arrive at my mother's house in balmy Cheltenham and everything is in flower - albeit this lousy photograph doesn't do it justice. A stellate magnolia is a great tree - we will get one for our French garden shortly I hope.
