Island in the sun

Got a hot news tip yesterday from a fellow who lives on a boat out in the harbour. Work on a home on a tiny islet known to have been used as a First Nations burial site for thousands of years got underway earlier this week. Can't really blame the owner for picking such a great spot for his retirement palace, but the move has stirred opposition in the community. It all makes me wonder what comes next.
