After the Rain

What a lot of rain we have had. Our back garden is flooded and many flowers are looking decidedly worse for wear after being battered by the downpours.

School café today – busy, busy, busy. Unlike last year we had lots of helpers which was great. I took a couple of pictures of the cake selection – which was amazing - however they didn’t come out very well. I blame the lighting in the hall which isn’t very good. Anyway, we made lots of money for the school which is what it is all about.

This is a flower in my garden. Don’t know its name, but I think it is a sedum of some kind.
