End of a 'heara'...
Can I add that this this Blip is very much firmly in the balance. It's either a true masterpiece that fellow Blippers around the Globe will gush over suggesting its so abstract and how the light sparkles of all the angles or.... it'll be deemed as complete and utter garbage and one of my worst. In all honesty I have an idea which camp I would put this little gem in and it ain't abstract. Anyway... A sad day today. After a lovely meal with a fellow Blippers family in their new abode I came home to sad news. I've mentioned this little beauty before but I can finally declare that my little IPod Nano is officially no more. It's kaput. This nano has run over 20 races with me and over 1600 miles playing songs, podcasts and sermons. I dropped it just before last years marathon, smashing the screen, but did it let me down? No it did not. I drowned it during the race with water and lucozade but did it let me down? No it did not. I've lost it countless times but did it let me down? No it did not. For the last week or so it's been playing hide & seek and I thought, naturally, it was down the sofa or hidden in the car. Well tonight it breathed its last and said goodbye. I found it in my running shorts pocket but only after it spent 90 minutes at 40 degrees smashing its little head against a steel cylinder. Did it let me down? No it did not - I let it down! Sorry my little nano friend. Miss you.
