Headlines: 6.6.44.......

........these were the Headlines in the Worcester Telegram 70years ago today. It was the beginning of the end of the 2nd World War and I don't think it needs any more comment from me except to express sorrow at the huge numbers of lives lost!

It is a beautiful morning - a few wispy clouds but mainly blue sky - with the temperature at 58 Deg F already (9.o7 am).

I hope it stays fine for you and all the Veterans and everyone attending the many commemorative services both here and abroad.
