Ivor .....
..... Burns shoes.
I've had a fun and busy photo day today. After blipping last night I spent a while cutting down some 120 film backing to fit some 127 film spools and then re-spooled them with 35mm film to use in some of the old 127 format cameras I've acquired over the last few months. This morning I loaded one of the spools in to a 100 year old Kodak vest pocket camera and have had fun using that all day.
At lunch time I called in to Leeds and met up with ZMT for a bit of a wander taking photos. It was a bit of a quiet day but I think we both managed to take photos that we're happy with. Ivor ( blipped ) owns a shoe shop in Leeds market and has been selling shoes for over 45 years. I've wanted to take his portrait for a while but he's usually busy with customers, today I managed to catch him in a quiet moment.
In the evening I had a trip over to Bradford as Shaun from the Bradford photo group had invited me to the Bradford College Film and Photography end of year show. There was some great work on show and I was very impressed with the facilities they have there. It's been a fairly eclectic day photo wise, I've yet to process the film photos but have added a few digital ones here. As I've wanted to take his photo for a while, today's blip is .....
