Yakiniku

The photo today was taken on the way to work. My immediate response was, "Yeah... Because I'm lactose intolerant."

At work I was asked to work upstairs. Upstairs we have Yakiniku which is Japanese grilled BBQ on hot coals. This was much different to downstairs as there were less people to serve but attentiveness is key.
