Picking Rocks

Farming in New Hampshire is so much fun! This is Heather - she and Sumner were good friends in the early years. Heather was never much for school, college seemed like a waste of time. She and her brother, Jake are helping their dad with an Organic Farm here in town. Dad has been doing more organizational tasks with marketing and the local Organic Farmers Association while the kids do the work and the selling of vegetables at local farmer's markets. I had a long talk with her today - body art has been an important part of her life. She seems in many ways old beyond her years. But she is happy and doing something she loves. This is her favorite tattoo - they all have meaning. A look in LARGE shows a few of the others on her fingers and hands.
