Ladies who sew....

...actually it is ladies who lunch ....as well..... 15 minutes from when pic was taken. !!!!
some sewing pals meet on a friday in each others houses to sew and talk and talk and talk and lunch and talk and generally have a great day.....yay. Today it was my turn to host. We had Carrot and Parsnip curried soup....waldorf salad with gammon and smoked salmon, side salads and one of the ladies brought cake....yum. We sat in the sun and had a great time and I felt quite bereft when they'd gone.
Not for long, as I barrowed in the three builders bags of wood which arrived this morning into the wood shed ahead of the thunderstorms and rain forecast for tomorrow.......bliss
