The sun is back...

..so it's NIR time yippee.

I had to reduce the quality of the original file to allow me to process the false colour in PS without it crashing so a bit bummed by that but happy to be able to be shooting more Near Infra Red.

This is the first semi successful shot on the D800 as anytime I tried last year all I could see were IR hotspots. To lose the hotspots I thought I would try a different approach; this is shot using a lensbaby set up with the composer pro and the soft focus optic at f/8.

If the weather holds I am sure there will be more :)
