New friends

Having worked two night shifts with a third to follow tonight, I've forgotten how tough they are. Needed to get out and get some sunshine and fresh air and get in what should have been an 8mile run, but turned into a 7mile run, very hot, sweaty and slow.

Lovely run across the fields, these cows were very curious!
