Ages 16 years, 16 weeks (puppy) and 15 week old kitten.
Harley is getting frustrated as Hugo keeps running away and he just wants to play. But as the afternoon went on, Harley began to realise that chasing Hugo didn't work to his advantage so at this point they got quite close and later had a few more close encounters.
