Duck!

Things are going pretty well with Ida's nursery duck. So far we can write up in the adventure book:

Mummy squashed Wally under a bottle of wine and a box of Sugar Puffs in the shop

&

Ida let Wally fall into the woodchips where we left him for a good few hours.

Even better than just having Wally the duck home from nursery, Arlo ended up getting the Cat in the Hat toy to take home from school. Hooray.

I bloody hate these take home toys. They almost always come home on the weekends where our main planned activities are staying in our pyjamas, refusing to see any people and eating our body weights in hot dogs and crisps.

Although, tomorrow we are going to a cowboy extravaganza. Many pictures of soft toys being trampled by horses and children so bing into their cowboy hats to follow....
