With gold in his hand!!

First stop at Addenbrooke’s Hospital for our trial tests.

Feedback on the immediate results was normal; just have to wait for the blood results which will be sent to us by post. I have the beginnings of a cracking bruise on my arm where the blood was taken, but as long as it doesn’t reach this magnitude it doesn’t matter!!

Next stop John Lewis for something for B, which they didn’t have, but they did have the lining material that I need for R’s coat, so I bought that in preparation.

On to Brown's for a leisurely lunch and then to the Fitzwilliam Museum shop to see the brooches that were made by the tutor on a recent craft session that I did.

The museum has been behind wraps for ages but today the building was revealed and this gent was putting sheet gold on the railings!! Little flakes of it were blowing in the wind.
