1st Cassoulet

1st ever cassoulet please be gentle ! it tasted lovely, although I think I got the liquid quantity slightly wrong ! also followed the recipe to much I feel more beans were needed, still it is lovely and will put it on the winter menu, thanks to twitter friends specially @violamaths and her wonderspouse :-)
