Poles

Something of an emergency blip (on way up the stairs to bed, what is in my line of sight that I can snap?)...I decided to try walking with poles (a cunning rouse to justify the purchase of a Trailstar), and they seemed pretty useful at getting up hills. This is them on their way 'up the stairs', which is a common tidying tactic of mine.
