Bald as a ....

Went for a walk to Pitfour this morning. Saw my first cuckoo. Well apart from ones in clocks.
Also saw two swans with their cygnets and just at the end, I saw this coot chug, chug, chugging across the water.
Back home, I cut the grass after checking there were no newts out for a stroll.
A pretty good day here although a little breezy.
Coots are birds and so are these.
