Gift # 35 - Friends

We enjoyed catching up over lunch with our friends Richard and Berna. We always have so much to talk about when we get together that it's hard to "Be Mindful" while we eat, though the food was excellent too.
We enjoy dining at this little Family Owned Bistro and the owner, Michael is very knowledgeable about the wines and spirits he supplies. They recently started serving our coffee there, so we were able to enjoy a cup of great coffee after dinner, which is so rare in most restaurants round here. Actually, on our day off this week we had lunch at "Trio" - a new (to us) local family owned restaurant who have since made enquiries about serving our coffee also, so it looks like it's catching on round here.
