Making the most of it!

They keep forecasting rain for today but since the sun has been shining since first thing we decided to make the most of it.
A run with the girls first thing. On a Saturday! They are doing some weird first week on a diet with lots of exercise thrown in and apparently they couldn't run without me. I'm the one that doesn't let them stop encourages them to keep going you see!
Mr Cakes took L into Fort William to meet up with friends before heading off to the World Mountain Bikes. We shall be summoned to collect him later.....

A wee trip up Meall nan Luath with Mr Cakes and Caley completed my active day. It's not a big hill but does provide you with some beautiful views.

Dinner is marinading in the fridge and a nice bottle of wine is keeping it company for later!
