At last a useful DT A level project

Sam made a gaming table about two years ago as part of his A level project. It was not exactly petite and nearly got put on the bonfire of life. However we did transport it down to France, broke our backs lifting it into the house and there it languished in a corner - until today.
Today was Tricia's Scrabble day with three of the local ladies. As you can see however it is more a cake-eating, tea-drinking, chatting session than Scrabble. However pleased to report that the table came through with flying colours.
Tonight is the village meal provided by the hunters in thanks for letting them through everyone's land - as if you had a choice.
One hectic social whirl.
