Night out

Having been vegetarian all week - the only food we get provided with is vegetables - Sunday night is party night. We go down to the bright lights of Potamos to meet the ferry - a social occasion that most of the island go to - and whilst there go to the taverna and eat Kazi Ka ka, which I am sure is not spelt like this. It is the only item on the menu other than an omelette and is wildish goat that the Taverna owner shoots on demand. Things do not happen quickly and the boat never arrives on time but a good time is had by one and all.
On return to our accommodation, this was the sunset looking north to Kythera in the distance and an uninhabited island a little closer. Could get used to this retirement business
