The Royal BC Museum

So I thought today would be a good day to visit the BC Museum. After a delicious pancake breakfast and browsing a few shops along the way, I was ready to get some BC knowledge.

Actually, they had a Viking exhibit showing, so I started by having a look around that. It was really interesting and covered just about everything you could think of - including how to write your name in Runes!
The rest of the exhibits were really good as well. Lots about the local history, from prehistoric to the more modern eras. And as usual, lots about how good everything was until the British came long.. After all my travelling, and hearing this story in almost every country, it still make me feel guilty!

After lots of walking and some exploring of the beautiful Victoria, it was time to head back to the hostel and get ready for the pub crawl!
It was a good night, the guide didn't really seem to know where he was going.. But it was so fun to get to know some people from the hostel better!!
