Bamse.

K was at a birthday party in Montrose, so while she was otherwise engaged, Mr H & I went for a walk round the town.
We went down to the harbour where I spotted this huge statue.
This is Bamse a St Bernard, he was a registered crew member of a Norwegian minesweeper during World War 2. From what I read he was a bit of a war hero.
