Seventeen Years Ago Today

Seventeen years ago today the Tiger and I got married. Eight years ago today we celebrated our ninth wedding anniversary in the Royal Hospital for Sick Children Edinburgh with a poorly baby BB. Where has the time gone?

It was such a lovely morning we drove down to Melrose and dragged BB up Mid Eildon. It was a really lovely walk – one that the Tiger and I first did many years ago when we walked the St Cuthbert’s Way. Having reached the top, we were just settling down, out of the wind, to admire the view and have a quick snack when we felt rain. We decided to hurry back down, though luckily it didn’t come to much at that point.

Had a really lovely lunch in Melrose and then the rain started so instead of pottering around the town, we just headed home.
