Party hat/crown

I went out for several drinks with two birthday girls from work. It's the proper first work drinks we've had for ages, and it was very good fun - there were tears of laughter by the end of the night and none of us got drunk (now that we're older, we are too wise to drink copious amounts on a school night in front of work colleagues!) Quite early on in the night, a friend made me this crown using a girlie pen-knife (it has a mirror and nail file, along with the usual pen-knife tools, and received a lot of admiration, even from the boys). The crown was a little small, but I wore it with pride. We then had an earnest discussion on which monster we most identified with on the wrapping paper - mine was green with one eye, two fangs and red feet. It's not visible on this blip, except for one foot.

I'll keep the crown and wear it on 19 July for Blip's birthday!
