Busy Brownie

Pops went out to something called 'Brownie Revels' this afternoon. I gather they made 'something like pancakes', painted pretend wounds on each other and bandaged them, built bug hotels, did a quiz and made art out of leaves and twigs.
I knew they were doing pretend wounds but I still got a shock when she got back with her arm bandaged.
Here she is doing her maths homework at the breakfast bar. She has sort of adopted this end of the bar as her own little work station. It's always totally cluttered with her papers, pens, pencils, various bits of make up and glitter and AlWAYS the much loved Pickle Panda.
We had an amazing amount of rain this morning and a bit of thunder. This afternoon was warm and sunny. Looking forward to the BGT final and home grown burgers this evening.
