park life

today we traveled to Manchester by train along with lots of youngsters from Scotland who were on their way to Heaton park for a music and dance festival. they assured me that they had all the right gear - wellies and shorts. what amused me was that the girls were drinking lager and the boys had rose wine! also loved the rollers - reminded me of my Mum and Hilda Ogden.
Manchester was wet but were bike fondling so all went well!
