Making paper

At a 'Papermaking with Wildflowers' workshop today. Using 'wild' materials for papermaking is a long, arduous process, involving chopping the plant matter, boiling it in soda ash for at least an hour, rinsing it three times (shown here), pounding it a bit, then trying to make paper. Adding the processed material to a vat with linen pulp gives better results.
