Since I spent about 1.5 weeks getting rid of my 6ish cups/day coffee habit, I?m noticing when coffee is around. This is Amanda?s discarded coffee. Oooh, looks so good. Even cold.

On antoher caffeine related story?We stopped in a coffee shop because I was really hungry and needed to get an Odwalla smoothie for emergency feeding purposes and the aroma smelled so good. Stopping in was like a taking a heroin-addict to Afganastan for a camping trip. I remainded strong, though. Remained strong.

Even though my dependency has been broken of coffee, it is still enticing, and I can?t wait to indulge in the occasional cup.

BTW, the mug it?s in is from Farmer's Diner, Quechee, Vermont. A great little diner that sells Maple Syrup Milkshakes, and was even written up in Bon Apetit once.
