I want to see the sunshine after the rain....

After a dismal start with rain & thunder came a clear & beautiful late afternoon and evening. Miniman has had an impromptu sleep over at Nana's which has meant I could go out for a drive... To nowhere in particular for absolutely no reason whatsoever apart from the fact that I could. First I drove to Asda and treated myself to chocolate for when I got home. Then I drove around looking at the area that I see all the time. The place I live in all it's glory in the evening sun, This is Merevale church which is just outside of my home town. A pretty little place on the hill that has splendid views over the countryside. I may have to blip the view another day but for now it's time for home, movie, a glass of something and,,,,chocolate and then hopefully a lie in!
