With string and brass members of the Bach Camerata and Ivan Linford at the organ, directed by Richard Laing in the Church of St James the Greater in Leicester this afternoon.

As a member of the Leicester Bach Choir, I took part in what was probably one of the most memorable concerts I've known - and there's been a few of those.

The highlight was the finale in which all combined to perform Ola Gjeilo's 'Dark Night of the Soul,' a thrilling and wonderful piece of music.
