Turned out nice !

After predicting storms and bad weather all day, not surprised to wake up to the rain teeming down - no walk for the dogs (they don't like rain!).

A leisurely brunch, followed by some domestic chores and by this time the weather had changed and ...................... The sun was shining!

Took a trip into town and noticed these children enjoying the fountain in the centre of our current town that is being regenerated (ie no shops, rubble everywhere and constant roadworks).

Our daughter and future son-in-law popped over so we could say goodbye to him before he goes out to his posting tomorrow, Germany (for 5 years). I think it will take us all time to get used to this change, especially our daughter. Although she will be kept busy with all the wedding arrangements.
