Crema - Im looking for the perfect crema in this shot of expresso from my machine Sylvia.
Not that I'm perfect at it, this is my gig.

She is a Rancilio Sylvia bench top coffee machine with a Ascaso Mini grinder. For $1500 (nz) it's the best quality expresso machine I reckon you can buy for the price.

Three friends have the same machine and all agree she's not the flashiest looking girl but creates a loverly shot.

Shes the other lady in my life. My wife is happy with this relationship and says that it I think she has to perform like Sylvia, I can think again.

Fair enough I know where I stand.
