It's my name!!

I wasn't in a particularly good mood when I woke up but once I had met up with Alice and we were eating crepes, I was fine! We went for a long walk and stopped off at the Fitzwilliam museum along the way. I didn't feel great physically but that might have largely been the fact I was wearing too much for the very hot weather (it had been a thunder storm when I left the house!). I guess I was a bit anxious at times but I was mostly ok and enjoying myself, I think.

We came across this sign for 'Aura' and couldn't resist putting an L in front! Good thing the rainwater had dried up so I could sit down.

By the time I got to Anna's, I was very tired from all the walking. It was good to be able to sit in the garden eating strawberries and ice cream. We played some canasta before heading back to my house to watch the final of Britain's Got Talent. That was ok although I think I was very tired.

I got quite worried by meat germs in the kitchen. I think I probably shouldn't be in the kitchen when others are cooking meat! I tried telling myself that other people manage and I haven't been made ill from the kitchen before when worse things have definitely happened in there before! I didn't really have the energy to do that much about it. I had decided much earlier in the day that I needed to have a shower and wash my hair before contaminating my bed and I think that knowledge may have helped me cope with lots of potentially dirty situations too.
