Brrrrrrr, it's cold out there!

I went out this afternoon to get some fresh air and fresh it was. I hadn't appreciated just how cold it was with the wind chill factor too.

Despite being all wrapped up I only ventured as far as the local park and back. I watched a beautiful bird (no idea what kind) wandering around looking for something to eat only stopping to fly off occasionally if a dog came too near. I tried to blip it but the pictures just didn't come out right. There was also someone trying to fly a kite, even allowing for the wind I was somewhat surprised he was braving these elements for his attempts.

Walking back by the children's playground it seems that even they have decided it is far too cold to play as this playground is usually busy all year round!
