Jedburgh Abbey

My dad wanted to go in search of Hutton's Unconformity, so we went on a wee trip to Jedburgh for the day. When we got there, we discovered you can't see it any more, as it's all grown over and partially on private land...oh well! (There is a stone sculpture of it by the car park though!) It was a nice warm day to be out anyway, and we had a picnic by the river and a wander round the town before heading home.
