Sunday morning flea

Another sunny morning and after the last few hectic days we weren't up too early!

John made us a great breakfast and then we walked down the road to a flea market Grace had seen advertised on a flyer.

A very eclectic selection of things. I got some buttons, Grace got a gravy boat, (something they realised they didn't have at last night's dinner ) a hair slide and a bag.
John got a cable for the TV ariel as the one in the house wasn't long enough to put the TV anywhere but on the floor and some old razors to use for research for a work project.

I also got a little silver and tortoiseshell pin dish for Grace to put on her dressing table which she doesn't have yet!

It was so hot we called at the pub again for a cooling drink before buying some salad for lunch. Just nicely settled to eat it when we had thunder and and a heavy downpour. Hope they got everything packed away.

I particularly liked this stack of suitcases and the Harley was unmissable, though I didn't see they guy ride off in his shiny helmet. Sadly we will be heading off home soon, marking awaits!! Think I would rather do more painting!
