Governor's Ball

One of the best days I've had out here so far.

We started the day cooking homemade brunch; eggs, pancakes, bacon, maple syrup, mimosas and vodka orange. Then after some dancing to The Strokes in preparation for later we made our way to upper Manhattan. Gov Ball is on an island between Manhattan and Queens.

30 degree heat and bright blue skies would be the stuff of dreams for a music festival back home. It was such a beautiful day. We only really saw two bands, Disclosure and The Strokes, but both were incredible.

A perfect group of people and a perfect day.
