Turks Head 10k

At the start (ironically it doesn't start from the Turks head but rather very close to the white swan. A fantastic local race which we did with a few of our friends. The weather was fantastic, a bit too hot really but still muddy on the ham side from yesterday's rain.

Before the race we had a local jazz trumpet player playing a jazz version of chariots of fire, before putting his trumpet away and joining the start. Water stations at 5k but the highlight of the race for me. Beer and canope station at 7k!
